The Care Advantage assessments and reports are seamlessly integrated with PageUp's Talent Management suite. This enables joint clients to easily invite job applicants to complete the psychometric assessments and view the results from within PageUp.
With our unlimited-use pricing options and the easy-to-use reports, behavioural assessments are no longer reserved for senior-management roles. On the contrary, most of our clients use our assessments to add robustness to the recruitment of frontline care staff - in bulk!
The integration not only provides that seamless experience within PageUp, it can also come with your own Care Advantage platform which can be used independently of PageUp. This gives clients the option to also use the assessments outside of PageUp, for example for development of internal employees or for grad students when partnering with an RTO. It's the best of both worlds!

Based on client feedback we have recently added the ability to add a status to applicants. This functionality helps to process applicants and keep track of screening efforts. This is particularly handy for clients who don't have an applicant tracking or recruitment system.
