The On-boarding report is designed for the Supervisor or Manager of the new employee. It provides a better understanding on the new hire’s personality traits, learning style, team focus and how they work in stressful situations. It is broken down into 7 areas and includes tips to ensure the new hire is being set up for success. By understanding these characteristics and how they can affect basic work behaviours, the Supervisor or Manager can get the new employee off to a great start within the company.
When to use this report?
- During induction by the direct Manager
- For a ‘Work-Buddy’ to help settle them in the new environment
