From Job Boards, Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Platforms, to Mobile Phone Apps, Blogs and Careers Platforms – we can seamlessly integrate our assessments, scores and reports into many other platforms.

The kind of integration depends on your integration wishes, budget and the flexibility of the platform to integrate with. Most of the time our clients ask for an integration with their applicant tracking system (ATS) and the kind of integration that is achievable depends largely on the platform you are using.

The Care Advantage assessments are integrated with the following platforms:

Level 1
Hyperlinks

You send us a request to assess a participant with whichever combination of assessments you need and we’ll send you a unique link for them to access and complete the required assessments.

As soon as the assessments are completed, we’ll send you all the scores and links to all the reports hosted on our servers for you to easily embed within your application.

Level 2
Hyperlinks + Report Text

You send us a request to assess a participant with whichever combination of assessments you need and we’ll send you a unique link for them to access and complete the required assessments.

As soon as the assessments are completed, we’ll send you all the scores back. When you are ready to you can order individual reports and we’ll send you all the text so you can format, manipulate and customise it to your hearts content.

Level 3
Assessment Qs + Report Text

We give you all the assessment questions so that you can display, customise and control the assessment process and just send us the participants raw responses. We’ll score the assessments for you and return the scores and results.

Report Manager API

We give you access to API endpoints on our Dashboard application so all you need to do is send us a the candidate with a unique user ID and we’ll take care of the rest for you.

As soon as the assessments are completed, we’ll send you all the scores back as well as a PDF copy of the assessment reports.

Custom Integration

Our development team have worked on a wide range of custom integrations to enable our clients to deploy our assessments through their choice of recruitment management systems and applicant tracking systems as well as Job Boards and even Mobile Apps!
