Report focus: the Attitudes to Work Report

The Attitudes to Work Report is one of our two principal reports as it helps to uncover potential hiring risks in relation to three counter-productive work behaviours: hostility, integrity and dependability. In an instant, this short, visual report reveals if there is a reason for concern in any of these three measured areas. If a candidate answered the questions in a way that would lead to concern, the platform automatically generates targeted interview questions to dig deeper, either during the job interview or perhaps during reference checks.
