Integration with Scout Talent
31 Aug 2022With the ever-increasing focus on finding the right people to work for your organisation, the list of tasks for a recruiter is enormous. To help ease some of the pressure, Care Advantage and Scout Talent have partnered to help organisations in the health care and social assistance sector optimise their recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.
Scout Talent’s Recruit module allows the recruiter to send Care Advantage assessments to applicants at any stage of the recruitment process. An email can be sent directly to the applicant from within Scout with a link to the relevant Care Advantage assessment. You could choose to send the email individually, in bulk to a set of shortlisted applicants and/or automatically (for e.g., when the applicant has submitted their application, they would automatically receive an email with the assessment link). Another option is for all applicants that have successfully completed a recruitment stage in the process to receive an assessment link email when their status has been updated in Scout.
All the integrated assessment links can be set up in Scout and all the recruiter has to do is choose which email template to be sent. Once the candidate completes the assessment, the assessment reports can be accessed from within Scout.
The Client Success Teams at Care Advantage and Scout will work in partnership with the client during the implementation of the integration. This effortless access to Care Advantage assessments from within Scout helps streamline your recruitment process and offers some peace of mind and effort to your recruitment team and hiring managers.
