You Care Advantage platform can be set up so that your candidates, upon completion of the required assessments, are able to download up to three different candidate feedback reports, which give useful insights into their personality in relation to 6 universal career traits and help them on their way with their resume and the job interview. It is your way of saying "thank you" to your candidates for their interest in applying for a job with you, whether they are successful or not.

Job fit / Personality ReportThe job fit / personality report tells you in 2 pages how well your applicant matches your role, if there are any areas of concern and how your applicant scores on the following traits:

Attitudes ReportThe attitude report shows you the applicant's attitudes toward counter-productive behaviours at work, such as:
In a visual and summarised format, you see in an instant if there are any areas of concern. The report provides more detail for each area, explaining the workplace behaviours this applicant is likely to exhibit. If there is any concern, the system will generate targeted behavioural based interview questions for you to use during the interview, if you decide to proceed with the applicant. |

On-boarding ReportThis report is designed to help a supervisor or manager better understand the personality characteristics and learning style of a new employee. By understanding these characteristics and how they can affect basic work behaviours, the supervisor or manager better understands how to maximise the new employee's performance and get them off to a great start within the company.
Once an employee has completed the Personality Assessment (for example during the recruitment process) the manager can run this report without the employee having to resit this test. |

Leadership IdentifierThis report delivers detailed insights into an employee’s personality and suitability for leadership roles. It offers suggestions as to which skills are strongest and which need work and refinement.

Engagement ReportThis report shows the level of commitment between an individual and their current or most recent job and employer, depending on when the engagement assessment was taken.
Our clients use it at different times during the employee lifecycle. It can be used pre-hire: to measure the engagement an applicant has with their most recent job and employer and post-hire: just before the end of the probation period or at other points during employment. |
