There are four Care Advantage Assessments: Personality/Job Fit, Attitude, Engagement and Cognitive Ability.

​They are completed online, mobile friendly, short and set at age 12 reading level. 

The results give you a more complete picture of your candidate's soft skills, before you decide.

  • Measures your applicant's key personality traits and compares them against a benchmark of high performers in the same role

    The Personality Questionnaire is based on the well-accepted "Big Five" concept of core personality traits:
    1. Work Style - Conscientious vs. Carefree
    2. Demeanour - Likeable vs. Tough-Minded
    3. Rule-Abiding - Unconventional vs. Rules Orientated
    4. Interpersonal - Extroverted vs. Introverted
    5. Resilience - Stable vs. Sensitive

    Plus a Teamwork scale and a Good Impression (faking) scale.

    The applicant's personality profile is then compared against one of the available care and related benchmarks, resulting in a job fit score.

    The Attitude Survey assesses an applicant's attitude towards work and work-related issues by measuring counter-productive work behaviours.

    It looks at:

    2. Conscientiousness (Dependability)
    3. Integrity (Honesty)

    Plus a Good Impression (Faking) scale.

  • Understand if your applicant has the right aptitude to do the job

    The Cognitive Ability Test measures problem-solving and learning speed by assessing verbal, numerical and spatial reasoning - combining these to create one overall cognitive ability score.

    ​It assesses how quickly an applicant will:
    1. adapt to new changes
    2. grasp new concepts
    ​3. see new opportunities

    High scorers will learn new skills quickly and have the ability to solve more complex problems. Low scorers will take longer to acquire new skills, but once trained, may be more successful than others in handling routine tasks.

    The Engagement Survey measures the current level of commitment an applicant has towards their job and employer. This provides insight into loyalty and pride as well as motivation.
