There's a lot going on in the care sector and this is placing an even greater scrutiny on everyone involved with the care of others. Service delivery does not happen without staff and our frontline carers are the face and voice of the organisation.
We hear the same things over and over again from those people involved in finding and keeping care staff:
|
"I can't find any good staff" "Most of my staff leave in the first 6 months" "I wish I could clone [insert care worker name here]." "Yes, I've made some hiring mistakes, but what was I supposed to do? Not have anyone do the work?" |
