How many assessments do my applicants have to complete?
You choose! As part of the licence you will have access to 4 assessments. Most clients choose the Job Fit Personality and Attitude for frontline applicants which will take them approximately 12 minutes to complete. You can choose to add on Engagement and Cognitive which will take the total timing to just a little less than 25 mins. There is not set standard and you can choose what suits your organisation and role the best. Have a look at The Assessments for more info.
How long does each assessment take to complete?
How hard is it to start the demonstration accOUNT?
Not hard at all! If you request your demo account today, you could be assessing tomorrow. It takes about 30 minutes for us to show you around in the system. Setting up an assessment event is easy as 1,2,3 and takes about 4 minutes. Contact us for your free demo account.
Does Care Advantage offer integration with my E-Recruitment or Applicant Tracking System?

How long after the assessments are completed do I receive the report?
Within 30 seconds of the applicant submitting their assessment, you will be notified, allowing you to have immediately clarity of your applicant’s suitability for your organisation. Have a look at The Reports for more information.
can i see the questions?
This is a sensitive subject since one of the many ‘secrets of our science’ is the content and format of our assessment questionnaires… These assessments are leading edge and use subtle forms of questioning to elicit accurate candidate responses – and the questions come from ‘question banks’ containing a wide variety of questions and statements. We are happy to show you some of the questions or let you take a trial assessment. Just let us know.
CAN PEOPLE FAKE OR CHEAT THE ASSESSMENTS?
Yes they can, but we will know about it! Our assessments contain sophisticated algorithms and checks that identify false, faked, distorted or random responses. This will show up on a special scale in the report, called the "Good Impression Scale".
What psychology is behind the assessments?
The assessments and reports are based on contemporary psychological research and theory (The Big Five) and each assessment is well-standardised, reliable and valid. The assessments are normative and thus excellent for selection purposes that require comparative analysis of traits, job fit behaviours and the prediction of good performance.
HOW CAN i ACCESS THE RESULTS?
You can choose to have the reports emailed to you or you can access them in your own - custom branded - online account.
